We started the Indian cooking class at the Bombay Kitchen in January 2008 and we continue to hold the class once a month.
We teach a whole meal that you can cook at home with ingredients you can get from local grocery stores. These are easy recipes typically prepared in 15-30 minutes.
We have been concentrating on Vegetarian dishes only for now.
We start 15 minutes before the class to enjoy the Indian spice tea and cookies/snacks and then go on for the cooking session that last about 2 hours.
The class enjoys the meal done in the class and discuss the class while they enjoy the brunch.
The login/cred for the recipes (of the class you attended)
are provided during the class, so that you can refer to them at our site when you try them at your home.
We provide all the ingredients and appliances for the class and the cost is $30.00 per person.
